Chay was co-founder/President of Creative Technology, the first Singapore tech IPO on Nasdaq in 1992. He founded Enspire in 1997 and has served on the boards of portfolio companies including Logitech, Leadtek, AddValue, Beyonics, V-bits, Alacrity, Centrality, Champion Microelectronics, Opulan and Egis. Chay has also served on the Singapore Economic Development Board and as advisors to Hony Capital and CVC Asia. He graduated with BSc degree from National University of Singapore.
